Ford is expanding its A/Z Plan PIN program in the U.S. to include aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. From now on, employees and retirees may generate A/Z PINs for these eligible family members.

"Our employees responded very positively to the two pilot programs we offered, so we are pleased to bring this added benefit to the team,” said Mark LaNeve, vice president, U.S. Marketing, Sales & Service. "We are excited to expand this employee benefit while introducing our Ford and Lincoln products to a wider audience."

PINs created are valid for the purchase or lease of a new vehicle within one year of the issue date. In addition to offering PINs to loyal Ford and Lincoln customers, employees and retirees are encouraged to extend the special pricing to family members who are currently driving a competitive vehicle.

"Aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews" includes birth family and in-laws as well as half and step relatives. Purchasers are not required to provide proof of eligibility at the time of sale beyond providing their PIN and the last four digits of their Social Security number. However, the company may perform audits of AXZ Plan sales and require employees or retirees to provide "proof of relationship" documentation, which may include birth and/or marriage certificates.

The A/Z-Plan PINs may be used for both Ford and Lincoln vehicles. All vehicle pricing, rules and incentive offers remain the same.
